Finished Units
Finished units are 565 sq feet, nicely appointed, and well located
The Beginning
Originally a hotel, the building was in disrepair and ready for remodeling
Back of Building
The back of the building was asphalt and very unattractive.
Finished Community Room
The community room was overhauled and newly furnished..
Landscaping the Back
After ripping up the asphalt, the back was landscaped and groomed.
Siding Removal
The old siding and windows were removed as construction began.
Beautiful Detail
Rock columns add elegance to the front entryway of the building.
Hallway Construction
Walls were taken down to the studs and rewiring the building began.

A Spectaular Transformation
You would never know that this area was once an asphalt parking lot!
Finished balconies
Balconies were added to each unit providing personal outdoor space..
Metal Units
Each hotel room was a metal cube requiring a plasma cutter to join them.
Interior Framing
Units begin to take shape as walls are framed and sheetrocked.
Demolition
The removal of an outbuilding was the first task on the agenda.
